We are an INTEGRATED theatre company of performing and visual artists who create specialist projects and PERFORMANCES for touring to theatre venues, festivals, schools and community groups.

Do you love drama, designing and making scenery, costumes and props? Do you love acting, dance and music? Do you see yourself as a scriptwriter? Would you like to be involved with the research, promotions and organisation of a theatre company?

This is an ongoing course for people who have a passion for performing arts and want to work together as part of a team.

Create It

Wednesdays 9:30am–4pm

“ I am an artist”

A chance to discover and develop your own artistic skills by producing an arts project of your own.

Whether you want to be a performer, stage manager, costume designer, filmmaker, props maker or scenery designer, this course is for you.

This course enables participants to research and develop creative ideas, learn practical skills to create it, and share with others their art form.

For those under 25 there is an option of achieving a Trinity College Arts Award. 

Move It

Thursdays 5pm-7pm

This friendly, fun, low pressure social dance group for disabled and neurodiverse adults 18+.

Meet like minded people who just want to Move It!

No previous dance experience required, no pressure to perform too.

MAKE IT

Thursdays 9.30 am–1pm

  Explore, Create and Make! 

   Let your creativity flow as you make paintings, sculptures, and bespoke artistic products. Together we will learn new skills and work with you to develop your creative and artistic flare to create your own portfolio of work.  Beginner or expert,  our small friendly group look forward to welcoming YOU!.

Dance It

Do you love dance? Would you like to develop your dance skills further? This ongoing course is for adults with disabilities who have had previous experience in dance.

Taught by our professional dance teacher. You will learn a range of different dance techniques and styles, such as ballet, street dance and contemporary. Learn how to improve your flexibility, gain choreography and performance skills.

Express It

Fridays 10am–4pm

Do It! Be It! Show It!

Find your voice and learn how to express yourself through art, dance, and drama.

Whether you want to speak up
and speak out, expand your imagination, or take the lead.

A space for participants to develop self-awareness and self-advocacy by practicing communication and teamwork skills in a fun supportive environment.

Perform It

Wednesdays 6:30pm-8:30pm

We are an integrated company of professional performing and visual artists.

As a team working together, we create specialist projects and performances for touring to schools, community groups and theatre venues.

We are all trained in delivering Arts Awards as advisors and mentors.
