Learn to express yourself

Join us every Friday from 10 am to 4 pm to unlock your artistic potential.

Whether you want to speak up and speak out, expand your imagination, or take the lead, this course is for you. We have morning and afternoon groups which offer different activities:

Express It! mornings provide a space for you to develop self-awareness, practice communication and teamwork skills in a fun supportive environment while exploring art, dance and drama.

Express It! afternoons showcase how visual art can build our confidence and improve our wellbeing. Experience different ways to draw, paint or print your own visions.
